CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT (CD)

Our CD’s are a safe, guaranteed return on your investment making them a great option to help you save for the future.

  • $1,000 minimum deposit to open
  • Maturities range from 12 months to 5 years
  • The interest rate and annual percentage yield are fixed for the term of the account
  • No deposits may be made to the account after it is opened. Additional deposits can be made at maturity
  • Interest may be paid monthly, quarterly, semiannually, annually or at maturity depending on the term
  • Minimum balance of $1,000 required to earn interest
  • Automatic renewal at end of each term
  • No withdrawals can be made from the account without penalty until maturity.

Roth IRA

With the Roth IRA, deposits are not tax deductible, but earnings are tax free if certain requirements are met. An existing IRA can be converted to a Roth IRA. Your annual income level determines whether you can contribute to a Roth IRA or convert an existing IRA to a Roth IRA.

Traditional IRA

Individuals with earned income may be able to contribute to a Traditional IRA. Contributions may be deductible, depending on an individual’s income level and whether he or she is an active participant in a qualified retirement plan. Income taxes are deferred.
